I feel like I was overcharged by a dr. visit, you already paid the bill, but i waited 55 minutes from my appointment time. He looked at my eye and said “there is nothing I can do you need to see someone else”. That was that. I was referred to him by my regular eye dr. He charged me and you $118.00 for 5 minutes of his time. Please tell me what my next step would be. This is totally wrong. Thank you, Joan Guthrie
